Product description

Double-Sided Submerged Arc Welded Spiral Pipe is a type of steel pipe manufactured using the submerged arc welding process, featuring a single spiral seam. It is produced on the most advanced continuous flying-welding production line in China, equipped with imported internal and external welding machines. The technology is highly sophisticated, with double-sided submerged arc automatic welding for both the interior and exterior surfaces. Each production line is equipped with a hydraulic tester, an advanced ultrasonic full-body material and seam automatic inspection system, and an X-ray real-time imaging inspection system. It also features a national-level CNAS laboratory.

Customer challenge

Prone to defects

The front-swing production line requires frequent stoppages for butt welding, resulting in low efficiency and a higher likelihood of defects.

The demand for the products increases.

There is an increasing demand for large-diameter, high-grade steel pipes with thick walls.

Have a short lifespan

Traditional pipeline materials often cause environmental pollution. For example, plastic pipe waste is difficult to dispose of.

It is easy to pollute the environment.

Traditional fluid pipelines often have a short service life and cannot guarantee quality.
