Product description

A fully welded ball valve is a type of valve whose body is formed by one or multiple welding seams. It can be directly welded to pipelines, eliminating the need for flanges, gaskets, bolts, and other components, thus saving resources.

Traditional welded ball valves may suffer from overall leakage if one seat is damaged due to pipeline impurities, wear, or other reasons.

Traditional large-diameter welded ball valves are fabricated by welding steel plates to steel pipes, resulting in insufficient overall strength that makes them prone to cracking under conditions such as geological subsidence.
