Product description

This valve is mainly used to connect and cut off the medium in the pipeline. The valve stem nut is on the bracket. When opening and closing the gate, the valve stem nut is rotated to achieve the lifting and lowering of the valve stem. The valve switch can be identified according to the height of the valve stem. The gate is entirely covered with rubber, and the elastic deformation of the rubber is used to make the valve fit tightly when closed, achieving an excellent sealing effect and achieving zero leakage. There is no gate groove in the valve cavity, and no debris is retained, which makes the fluid resistance extremely small and the switch operation is also lighter.

The valve torque can be easily closed at 80% of the nominal diameter, achieving zero leakage under nominal pressure.

The valve cover and gland adopt countersunk wax sealing design, and the bolts are not exposed, which completely solves the problem of bolt rust

The upper seal adopts 3-way molded filler and O-ring double sealing design to ensure that the valve stem is dynamic and leak-proof; the middle flange is self-sealing, and the sealing gasket adopts the principle of O-ring. The greater the pressure in the middle cavity, the more reliable the seal

The gate adopts advanced dual-mold injection molding and high-temperature vulcanization process. There is no exposed positioning point on the gate rubber surface, 100% full coverage, uniform rubber, stable size, and good sealing performance.
