Product description

This valve is primarily used to connect and cut off the medium in pipelines. The valve stem rotates, and its transmission thread is inside the body cavity, which saves installation space. The entire gate is coated with rubber. The elastic deformation of the rubber enables the valve to fit tightly when closed, achieving excellent sealing performance and thus zero leakage. There are no gate grooves in the valve cavity, so no debris is retained, resulting in extremely low fluid resistance and lighter switching operations.

The valve can be easily closed with a torque equal to 80% of the nominal diameter, achieving zero leakage under nominal pressure.
The bonnet and gland adopt a countersunk wax-sealed design, with no exposed bolts, completely solving the problem of bolt rusting.
The upper seal adopts a three O-ring design to ensure no water leakage during the dynamic movement of the valve stem; the middle flange features a self-sealing design, where the gasket utilizes the O-ring principle. The greater the pressure in the valve chamber, the tighter the rubber is squeezed, resulting in a more reliable seal.
The gate adopts an advanced dual-mold injection molding and high-temperature vulcanization process. The rubber surface of the gate has no exposed positioning points, with 100% full coverage, uniform rubber, stable dimensions, and excellent sealing performance.
