Product description

This valve is an upgrade from conventional valves with the addition of an opening indicator function. It is mainly used to connect or shut off the medium in the pipeline. The valve stem performs a rotational movement, and its transmission thread is located inside the body cavity, which saves installation space. The gate is fully rubber-coated; by utilizing the elastic deformation of rubber, the valve achieves a tight fit when closed, resulting in excellent sealing performance and thus zero leakage. There is no gate slot in the valve cavity, preventing the retention of debris, which minimizes fluid resistance and makes opening and closing operations lighter.

The valve can be easily closed with a torque equivalent to 80% of the nominal diameter, achieving zero leakage under nominal pressure.
The valve bonnet and gland adopt a countersunk head wax-sealing design, with no bolts exposed, thoroughly solving the problem of bolt rusting.
The upper seal is designed with 3 O-rings to ensure no dripping during the dynamic movement of the valve stem; the middle flange adopts a self-sealing design, and the gasket uses the O-ring principle. The greater the pressure in the valve cavity, the tighter the rubber is squeezed, resulting in more reliable sealing.
The gate plate adopts advanced dual-mode glue injection molding and high-temperature vulcanization processes. The rubber surface of the gate plate has no exposed positioning points, with 100% full coverage. The rubber is evenly distributed, the dimensions are stable, and the sealing performance is excellent.
