01. Raw Material Control
Select high-purity pig iron and strictly control remelted scrap steel. Perform composition and particle size testing on additives such as inoculants and spheroidizers.
02. Production Control
Control the mold quality, pouring temperature and cooling time to prevent casting defects. During production, conduct regular spot checks on the dimensions, weight and surface finish of raw materials, and perform periodic sampling for metallographic inspection.
03. 100% Inspection Control (Factory Inspection)
Conduct a full critical screening of every factory-manufactured product, with the core being 100% pressure testing (to ensure no leakage or burst), and a complete inspection of key dimensions and threads (to guarantee installability and sealing performance). Conduct simultaneous inspections of appearance and labeling to ensure zero-defect product delivery from the factory.
